So far I've installed the NX client on my Debian desktop as per these instructions:
http://help.ovh.co.uk/UbuntuDeskGeneralities
But those instructions say nothing of what I'm supposed to do server-side.
I tried downloading these:
nxclient_3.1.0-6_i386.deb
nxnode_3.1.0-6_i386.deb
nxserver_3.1.0-5_i386.deb
and through ssh, on the command line I ran:
Code:
dpkg -i nxclient_3.1.0-6_i386.deb
and the same for the node and server. But each time I get this error message:
Code:
root@hashbangsbox:/# dpkg -i nxclient_3.1.0-6_i386.deb
(Reading database ... 21600 files and directories currently installed.)
Preparing to replace nxclient 3.1.0-6 (using nxclient_3.1.0-6_i386.deb) ...
Unpacking replacement nxclient ...
dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of nxclient:
nxclient depends on libaudiofile0; however:

dpkg: error processing nxclient (--install):

I think I might not have the right libraries, I might need libstdc++2.10-glibc2.2, how can I find out if I have this, and if not, do I jutst use apt-get install on it?
Any help would be appreciated.
