trying to install NVIDIA driver and i dont have libc headers


hi, i was trying to install a nvidia driver and when i run the installation it says that i dont have the libc headers installed, that i have to install the libc headers of my distribution (ubuntu studio) how can i do this??

You'll need to install the libc-dev and libc6-dev and probably linux-headers using the the package manager (apt-get, aptitude, or the graphical adept). However, it's probably easier just to use the package manager to install the binary driver directly -- this page gives directions on how. Note that when I installed 7.04 the binary driver was a couple revisions behind and did not pick up my 8800GTS so I had to go and get the latest driver from Nvidia directly.
