Smile trying to install debian to my powerbook g3 W/9.2.2


I am trying to install debian to my powerbook g3 W/9.2.2 and i downloaded debian-testing-alpha-businesscard.template when i booted from cd it asked me to install or expert both came up with this "/pci/mac-io/media-bay@34/ata-3@21000/disk@0:2,/install/powerpc/vmlinux:unknown or corrupt filesystem" any help would be great i really want to get rid of mac 9.2.2

Ive always tried to learn as much as i can threw the forums , they really are helpful if you just read first then ask questions later . On this issue I've found some stuff but I guess cense I'm a NEWBIE when it comes to linux I'm stumped.
