it may not me you or anyone that has tried to help me .... could just be me, I have tried using all routes given to me today and I have yet solved the issue...

still working on my problem with no resolve.

Again, you still haven't told us what version/distro of Linux you're using. This matters, and you've ignored the question, despite being asked several times. Regardless, I gave you this link:

...before. That is the download link for the Brother driver for your model printer. Again, since you don't tell us what kind of Linux you're using, we can't tell you to download the RPM file or the DEB file. If you clicked the "How to identify your operating system" link, and followed the "Linux" link, you'd see this:

...which is complete, step-by-step instructions on not only how to download the driver, but how to install it.


As you were told before, unless you provide details and answer questions, there's not much anyone can do to help you in ANY forum. You don't tell us about your system, and all you've told us here is, "I have yet solved the issue"...you don't tell us WHAT you tried, what message(s)/error(s) you got when you tried it, etc. Only saying 'it's not working', gives us nothing that lets us help you.
