Post trying to get linux opensuse12.1 on w indows network


i need to be able to manage the pc from windows AD and be able to print from a windows 2003 server

If you are trying to get to your OpenSuSE files from a Microsoft OS you need go into your OpenSuSE computer and open up YaST then in the NetWork option select Samba Server and modify the settings to allow access to your Microsoft computer.
I am not sure how the printing is done.
