try to compile "no such file" error comes out

Hi All,

I am new here also.
I have Fedora 4. Using KDE.
I am trying to install "knetdockapp" program from its source.
On terminal:
On the readme file it is written extract files (done)
change directory to extracted files
type ./configure to configure files for my system or type sh ./configure
After I type both I get message " No such file or directory"
I am on superuser terminal and logged in with user root.
What am i missing????

Note:File is extracted in the home directory.

Thanks
Attila

Assuming you extracted to your home directory you would need to change to the extracted directory. See example below.
Code:
cd /home/user/knetdockapp-0.62
Then try
Code:
./configure

I guess this is just due to a minor typo. I think that the starting c is a capital one, so you should do a

Code:
./Configure
.

Kind Regards Bjerrk

foo_bar_foo

You are exactly right thats what i did and worked. But the program I think has some problems.

Thank You All
