I am using Linux OS, having issues in keyboard and to troubleshoot...???

What kind of issues? How are these devices connected?

Please elaborate your problem you are facing with your keyboard and mouse.

What OS you are using, your keyboard and mouse USB or PS-2?

I am using Redhat 6, both keyboard and mouse has no response.

sounds more like hardware issue

check the model of keyboard and mouse you are using and try restarting the system with the USB attached to the system.

or if you are using old models then it would be better to buy a new keyboard and mouse.
