Righto, I just created a new home folder for my user on the other part and it worked, everything is working (I figured out what I Did, some how I managed to save all of that users home files to SDB so when I Changed FSTAB it moved the location of those files. I created a new home folder and changed the owner to the right name and it worked.

Woot! Thanks for the help mate!

No worries

Just concentrate on the fact that you've got 2 OSes installed and treat them separately.
Keep the the /data drive just for data.

(I recognised the issue because I've got 3 installs on my home system, although I don't normally have common drives, except when I'm using one to debug another, I sometimes temp mount a drive to compare settings )

Been running this computer for a while now since resolving the initial issues it is working great. Crunch Bang is perfect for me and Mint 14 is perfect for my children. (They /LOVE/ the educational suites line GCompris and ChildPlay, and much to my suprise my daughter loves the old school RTS games like Glest and 0AD, though she kind of misses the point and spends most of her time trying to raise chickens or build all the little people houses. Been meaning to introduce her to city building games) At any rate everything is working perfectly, the data drive is great for sharing files between the OS, for example so I don't have to download packages twice (internet connection is very spotty) going to backup my photo and videos from my Windows 7 machine onto it as well until I can afford a 1TB backup drive.
