Error messages please and which service were you trying to login to: AIM, MSN, YAHOO, etc? Did you have the correct plugin enabled? More details please or were as clueless as you are.
recently microsoft changed there login protocol.
what version of gaim are you using ???
you need version 0.71 or later !
like trickykid said you need to post more info than just saying it doesnt work...
However, if gaim used to work, and now it doesnt, i would say this is your problem, upgrade. (the version of giam that comes with redhat will nolonger work, it is very old)
