I have found the answer.
1st I installed Windows 7.
2nd I installed Opensuse. That will setup booting from Windows or Opensuse.
3rd I installed Ubuntu.
Then I copyed the boot informatiom from /boot/grub/grub.cfg in Ubuntu and past it to the /boot/grub/menu.lst in Opensuse.
This gave me the option to boot from eather OS.
My next project is to install Mac and add it to the boot menu.
