First yes can go fore triple booting.
Without knowing anything about you're HD and partitions how can we give you the proper solution

Start with giving us the outcome of the command fdisk -l(L lower case)

assuming that you have separate partitions, & that oracle enterprise linux 5 will recognize the two existing O/Ss, then it should all work ok.
Install the O/S that your want to be your main O/S Last - to use it's menu.lst as the booting menu.
You can use any number of O/Ss, providing that each is in it's own partition - you should have a common data or /home partition to share between them all & if M$ is included, then it probably be using fat32, although there are drivers that can read each way.

Triple booting should not be much of issue if you know what you are doing and if you have enough space on the drive.
Just care to be taken is for the partitions where you install your new OS. Grub will support more OSes than you practically need.
