Triple Boot: 98, XP, Suse 8.2

Hi. I am really new to Linux and everything, and I am asking for help setting up a triple boot system. Here is my current setup.

Master Hard Drive: 8GB, 5.47GB free, running Windows 98
Slave Hard Drive: 40GB, 22.5GB free, running Windows XP

I want to have both 98 and XP with Suse 8.2. Can anyone help? I am willing to repartition both HDs.

Thanks in advance.
Kevin

Do you actually have a problem or a question? or are you just looking for someone to come round to your house and do it for you?

I'm looking for tips on how to do it. Last time I tried, my MBR was deleted.

I would suggest swapping the 40GB drive to being master and using parted to resize your XP partition (I assume it uses all 40GB) and then install linux to the area of free space that is created.

Personnaly I prefer grub as a bootloader - it will be able to boot all 3 OSs.

Thanks for the help!

No problem. Welcome to LQ by the way!

1 more thing - make sure you backup your data before you start using parted (just in case)

I've learned that from past experiences :D
