Transfer Postfix accounts to Google Apps Email. Is this possible?

Hi Guys

I was on VPS but recently had to move our server to a shared hosting account. I had a Postfix/dovecot email server setup on our vps but now since we are on shared hosting, I am unable to set this up again.

I was wondering if there was in anyway possible to be able to migrate these email accounts that I had on the VPS and get them into Google Apps Email to automatically create these users.

Does this make sense?
