totem -gstreamer-error


checking for MISSING_PLUGINS... yes
checking for GST... no
checking for backend libraries... configure: error: you need the GStreamer or the xine-lib development packages installe

how can i solve this?

Uuuuhhhhh, how about installing the GStreamer or xine development packages? Alternatively, you could install Totem using your package manager. Since you don't have you distro listed in your profile and you didn't tell us what distro you're using in your post, we'd only be guessing at the commands necessary to do either on your machine.
