to restart a job

hi
I was doing a md simulation using 'GROMACS 405' ,I submitted the job
using
a 'submit.sh' file in cluster using six processors . The job was killed
because the time was not sufficient which I gave in the 'submit.sh' file.
My question is "can I restart the job ?" and "how can I do that"

best regards
subhra

Did you try to look this up in the documentation?? One Google search points directly to the page with this info on it, from Gromacs:

http://www.gromacs.org/Documentation...Doing_Restarts

You don't give any details about the job at all, what version/distro of Linux, etc., so no one here can say if you can or not.
