but I already have a hardware firewall that I use on my DSL modem. Do I need a second firewall on my PC or not ? if so should I use the built in RH 7.3 firewall or could someone recommend a firewall tool or script that is easy to understand and use ?
My understanding is that it depends on the level of sophistication you require from your firewall. For most purposes, a router / firewall box will suffice.
