Try to open the document in OpenOffice.org or LibreOffice then export as PDF?

You can try Cups-PDF

Open office is the simplest and best utility for that purpose.

I thought I posted this earlier today...obviously not. In Libreoffice (therefore I guess Apache Openoffice) there is a neat little PDF icon you can press which allows you to export to PDF as unSpawn highlights.

I had a look through the LO doco and there is no mention of .ord files in the list of formats which can be opened. Let us know how you go pls Sachin.

BTW, I found this on the net. I don't think this is strictly a "linux doc"

ORD is a file format used by OMAX software to store routed tool path information. This is the information that the controller needs in order to machine a part.
Assumming we are talking about the same kind of .ord files :)

In my Wheezy install I go to print the page/document and instead of choosing printer I select "Print to file"
output format = pdf instead of postscript :) and choose the file name and where to save it ;)

Exactly how do you view this file right now?

If the OP is still around you could try this:

I think it is windows only but it may solve the problem
