Write clearly, please, and be aware there are not just 'sirs' on this site.

Squid is a web proxy. It can block websites, but it cannot block IP ports/services, which is what you're trying to do. You need to either filter this at the router/switch level, or run iptables to block those ports. Do a quick search on Google (and on this site), as this has been covered numerous times already. Be aware that what you're attempting is pretty much pointless. Someone who runs a proxy-aware chat client, will just redirect things over your Squid proxy port, and get right out anyway. And you may have blocked Gmail, but there is also Yahoo, Jabber, MSN, and ICQ, all of which use different ports, so you'll have to block ALL of them.

Finally, since you're using RedHat Enterprise...you should call THEM for support, since you're paying for it with your RedHat subscription.
