Tiny core 2.5

I am using Windows xp and trying t install Tiny core 2.5 for my pc. It will not load right. I can install from the boot but not save or find my Wifi adapter.
I purchased a High-power usb adapter from Signal King. The 2 mini cd's that came with the purchase do not install correctly. I down-loaded the Tiny-core 2.5 from the internet and got to use the adapter but once I turned off the computer it would not save any of the download application. Part of the screen quotes were can not find Squash FS and no HDA available for passwords.

Does ethernet cable hookup work ok.
To help your cause. In terminal. Copy and paste in

Code:
lspci -knn
Code:
uname -a
Code:
sudo ifconfig -a
(you might get by without typing in sudo)

Code:
lsusb -v
Is this a live cd session? Since you say

Also, A review link on your model of pc from a online review that shows the specs will go a long way
in helping you get answers also. Because, Frankly. There is not enough info in this opening post to help you at all.

Good Luck and Happy Trails, Rok.

I determined the cd I was using to load the drives and program were not working so I used the internet to download the programs. I needed WinRAR to unzip some files and it is now working right after I loaded WinRAR. The cd I received from Signal King were also mostly in Chinese so they were not workable.
