Time mismatch in RHEL with windows v-sphere2012

Hi ,

I am using Redhat enterprise Linux 5.4 (64 bit) on Windows vmware v-sphere 2012 . After successful installation , I got time mismatch with my NTP server . when I adjust the time with my NTP server , it will be mismatched after few moments .

Then I have to reinstall the OS again , but the problem not resolved .

If anybody has the solution then please help me .
