Question tightvnc/vncviewer CentOS low quality 64bit

Hi Guys,

I created a script to login to remote computers. The problem i am having is that when I was using linux mint, I was able to login with 64 bit colour quality by typing vncviewer -bgr233 1.1.1.1 but now that I am using the same script on CentOs it does not work. Ive tried using vncviewer 1.1.1.1 -LowColourLevel=1 but nothing, it still connects at 256 colors; however, if I use the tightvnc GUI, I can set the connection to 64 colors. Can you help?

Thank you

Found the soulution!!!

"Note that decision if reduced color level is used is made by vncviewer. If you would like to force vncviewer to use reduced color level use -AutoSelect=0 parameter." Directly from the MAN pages. The only bummer here is that I have to change my script files.

Thank you
