what are the various ticketing tools used in realtime

What are you looking to do with your ticketing?

RequestTracker (RT) is very popular. I haven't used it for a long time but it was very easy to set up and quite customizable.

OTRS (Open Ticket Request System), Mantis, and Bugzilla are also available.
