Thunderbird/Lightening/Provider Calendar Error

I use Thunderbird with the above addons so I can view various calendars hosted on Google's calendar. Today I've started getting the following error: This calendar <calendar> is momentarily not avaible.

I've no idea if Google is down, if something's changed my password, if the page cannot be found, I've literally got no idea where to start with something that was working fine at 0800 this morning but at 0830, with nothing changing suddenly not working.

Is there anyway I can see a log of what's happening or is there something I can try? Googleing suggests trying to disable offline support, but there is no such box in my options of this.

Thanks

Ubuntu pushed out an update to Thunderbird today that completely killed Lightning on my system (Ubuntu 14.4). Haven't tried to re-install it. I don't know if that could be related to what you are experiencing.

Rather than use a "normal" dialogue box asking for my username and password where I would enter my username and the given Google 2factor password, it now pops up with the following:

It won't accept the 2factor password, I have to use my main one and then sign in using all the two factor things.

Ugh. Now two of my three calendars have disappeared from Thunderbird. This is stupid. Please does anyone have any ideas or tell me of a better way of doing my calendars. I'm desperate for help, please.
