Question Thumbnail/preview in Konqueror - How do you switch them on?

How do I get Konqueror to show a bigger thumbnail previews when you hover the mouse over a file? It used to do this by default when I used SuSE but I'm using the superb Mandrake 10 now.

Also how do I get the tool bar down the side which shows "home, root, bookmarks" etc?

I've looked high and low for the settings with no joy.

Thanks in advance

Steve

kmenu>settings>desktop settings wizard from there in step 3 you'll see the eye candy o-meter, choose to show details, the file previews are in that list.

right click on your bottom panel, choose configure panel.
hope that helps.
good luck.

I don't have a "settings>desktop settings wizard" in my kmenu and I've checked all the other sub groups. I'm using Mandrake 10 if that helps?

if that's a no go, open konqueror, settings>configure konqueror>previews you should see the file types listed on the right.
good luck.
