Themes ?? are not the way it looks
 

i have a question about themes
what ever themes i downlaod form kde look org they don't look the was they are in picture is there a program i need to see it the was it is in the pic.. like the transperant thingi... the icons... the background or i have to download them all seperately...?!?!? or is there a program for it...(windows blind (taht for windwos) ):newbie:
