The problem of loop detected when resolving the name from dns.
Why the problem of loop detected comes when name is resolving from dns.

The DNS servers for the name in question are not properly configured.

Do you have internal DNS server? Are they forwarding requests to other servers? You can do a traceroute to see where are they looping.

The dns server of the site which is not accessible from some locations is ns1.supersocial123.com and although i am using the google dns server not internal dns server
