"The package 'compiz-kde' could not be found"


I keep getting "The package 'compiz-kde' could not be found." when I atempt to install Desktop Effects. I am running a PowerPC G4. I am using KUbuntu 8.04.1 with a LiveCD. Any help would be appreciated. I am running a network connection Over a physical cable.
