the kernel was unable to reread the partition table /dev/mdo

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

While loading 8.1 I am configuring raid and and then the individual file systems on each array this message pops up, "the kernel was unable to reread the partition table /dev/mdo" it wants me to reboot and when I do the raid partition table does not exit. I have make like I am configuring raid again but do not configure or delete choose finish and I then can see the raid partitons I set up but they are not exactly like I set them up.

It seems to me the partition table is not being written correctly.

I have tryed this on a home made machine and a dell server and I keep getting the same error.

I can load to one drive successfully but not to multiple partitions on drives configured with raid.

I must have fdisked the partitions 20 times and tried the reload that many times.

Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the only post I have please stop closing them. I need to get an answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
