the best editor for multiple bookmarks
 

since a while I've collected numerous and various bookmarks-the formats are .xml or .html

I'd like to put them (.xml and .html) in the same box to sort out -in an easy way -these bookmarks.

what is the best solution to edit at the same time this 2 differents formats to reorganize all this bookmarks. could you recommend me a specific editor or an easy solution.
