hi,

i'm running some bioinformatics software from the terminal - i've tried to run it three times but each time it's come up with this error:

any ideas what it means or what i should do? thanks.

The error you report appears to result from the C++ code used in the sortmerna program. Have you filed a bug report as welcomed by the developers? See the Bug Reports section at http://bioinfo.lifl.fr/RNA/sortmerna/
