Your question is very unclear, you need to tell us more about your problem.
Am I correct in assuming you can see videos but no sound?
If so, check mixer settings - there are plenty mixers around don't know what you've got.
One good mixer for the terminal is 'alsamixer', also if you have a desktop/gui installed just check the menu for one.

If this is not what you need then please return with info about the problem, what distro you're using & which desktop (if any). (With 'desktop' I mean like kde, gnome, xfce...)
Also if there's a problem with sound we need info about your soundcard.
