Terminal Colors

When I run a terminal in X it won't display colors for file types. However, everything seems to work okay in runlevel 3.

I've tried changing the palettes in the profiles, but it doesn't seem to do anything.

For the record, I'm running slack w/ the Gnome Slackbuild--if it matters.

EDIT: I take that back. The colors aren't appearing in rl3 now either.

Global color settings are in /etc/DIR_COLORS.

Your personal settings are in ~/.dir_colors.
