when i use TELNET to myself, by using IP from ISP

like telnet 202.146.33.3

it display ============NO ROUTE TO HOST========
DO u know what is that?

Can you ping your IP, if so, do you have telnet services running?

Yes, it 's runing, i can use
' telnet localhost'
' telnet localhost 25
' telnet localhost 110
' telnet localhost' 143''

and also ftp localhost

if my ip is 202.5.5.5

and i did - telnet 202.5.5.5
it said - cant connect , no route to HOST
===== still doesnt work!!

Try adding a default route to your internet interface..

Use 'route add default eth0'

replace eth0 with your external interface.
