If you do a search at Amazon for Fedora core they have several books dedicated to it.

From my point of view, you can also find some pretty good tutorials on the web.

I would also like to add that I think you should just get a book on linux its self. That way you can move to other distros and not limit your self to just one. I like the linux bible.
