tcpdump spam

Ok I did this command "tcpdump -x -xx -v -vv -vvv -n -ttt icmp" and I
found out that my computer is sending ICMP data to my router and I am
just curious if there is a way to stop this arbitrary packet sending.

Looks like NBNS communication (NetBIOS NameServer): 192.168.1.1.dls-monitor > 192.168.1.7.netbios-ns: [udp sum ok]

Is that a windows computer? If yes (and I think it might be), then disable WINS.
