If you want to build Windows applications on a Linux system, your best bet is MinGW. I suppose it would be possible to run a Windows C compiler in WINE, but that seems a round-about way of doing it.

build it on a windows OS like win7
Also microsoft make available FOR FREE the command line ONLY compiler
just wright a bat file to build it

well thanks anyway if i had windows i wouldn't be using wine

if any file would work i wouldn't be mentioning exe
