tar in cronjob does not work 100%


the following line doesnt work as a cronjob;
Code:
tar -C /var/www/dokuwiki -c -v -j -f /storage/dokuwiki/dokuwiki-backup-`/bin/date +%Y%m%d`.tar.bz2 conf data lib
The tar will be created but not all files/folders are in it.
what am i doing wrong?:

this is in my crontab -e;

what are the files missing ?
Are the files which you are reporting as missing are under /var/www/dokuwiki ?
