Exclamation Tails 2.4 Shutdown scripting - New thing happening

I tried an updated Tails 2.4 for the first time yesterday and, when I shut it down and removed the USB drive, it started running a script listing consecutive numbers followed by a Debian title that was too fast to read. After 15 minutes I used the power off button to cancel it, but I was concerned about whether I had a Ransomware virus, a trojan attempt, or if it was part of the new protocols scrubbing or overwriting my HDD. I am also loathe to try it again JIC someone (Provider) is using man in the middle to see what I am doing. Can anyone please advise? Tx.

If you have been browsing the "darkweb" using Tor, then I guess a lot of things can happen.

Not very helpful. Tails sells itself on amnesiac anonymity, so every Tails user should be concerned

Naah, no matter how secure the OS there is always a vulnerability.

For me, I'll better not mess up with the darkweb. It's full of darkness.
