I doubt it at least with the little information you have posted.
Is this a new install of Opensuse?
Has it been installed and working?
Exactly what does "can't work properly" mean? What happens? Error messages?

No its not newly installed, 1 month back i installed open suse 11.3
and yes i was able to work fine, from last one week i am facing this problem.
suddenly it gets hang if i use konsole or if i browse and also it takes lot of time to load applications
eg. openoffice.org

and i have 1Gb ram, and also lot of disk space is there but still its happens sometimes.

Again, you provide no details. Just telling us "suddenly it gets hang", tells us nothing. What KIND of hardware are you using? Was it doing this from day one, or did it start at some point? If it started after a while, what did you change? Things just don't start happening for no reason.

Also, if this is a one-month old installation, have you considered loading the latest openSUSE, which is 11.4?

Examine the logs in /var/log, especially messages. You may find error messages there which you can post here.

When OpenSuse hangs, you don't need to reboot. Just press ctrl+alt+backspace to restart the X server. That will take you to your login screen. It much faster than rebooting.
