I have made a new and fresh installation of slackware since I couldnít fix the error.
I have used the ext2 file system but I was told that using journaling file system would be much better and would avoid such problems.
I would rather do the installation again now before anything wrong happens.
+ with this error even if I type my root password it wonít work, it will restart again and again.
dev/hda2 contains a file system with errors, check forced.
Run fsck manually without -a or -p option.
an error accrued during the root file system check.
you will now be given a chance to log into the system in single user mode to fix the problem.
type control-d to proceed with normal startup..
So if I have to restart my computer not using the right way (using the force way) will this problem happen again... I donít want to happen again.
