actually just need the syntax for school project. don't actually have to dual boot just need to know the syntax.
that would be a big help.

then also if you would like to help me out again. I did load linux at home. I have server 2000 on C: and winxp pro on D: then I loaded linux and let disk druid do the partitioning. same version redhat9. i only have my normal boot menu come up for server and pro so i just use my boot disk to load linux. would love to have linux also an option in my menu. can this be done?

pls and thank you

generally speaking the syntax will be something like
Code:
title Win98
rootnoverify (hd0,0)
chainloader +1
