Synergy client goes out of full screen

Hey
I just got Synergy to run (quicksynergy). My server is a windows laptop, and my client is a Debian. Now, I want to make it so that when I move the mouse away from the client computer, it won't cause the client (say, fullscreen youtube or video program) to go out of full screen mode.

Any ideas?

Could you provide little more details, and also did you check it's wiki or discussion forum (see here).
