Synchronization in sysfs filesystem

Hi,

Had a question on how to achieve synchronization is sysfs files? Does the filesystem itself not allow concurrent access of any particular sysfs file or is it left to the programmer to make sure that concurrent access has to be avoided? Are there any specifc locking mechanisms available for sysfs files.?

Seems like another example of an xyproblem.
Methinks someone doesn't understand pseudo filesystems.

If one is capable of writing kernel code to expose kobjects, that same someone had better be able to manage updates to the sysfs representation of it.
