swapoff problems with gentoo

Hi, I've been searching and searching, but..
When I try to shutdown system from kde (or anywhere else) system just hangs at swapoff.. "segmentation fault../sbin/rc..line 24: segmentation fault swapoff -a >&/dev/null". Swap is on, I checked fstab, but nothing there.. Out of ideas, could someone suggest something?? Anything?
Thankful for any help
