Suspend problem on Timeline 3810TG

Hi all.
I'm newbie in all about *nix, so sorry about possible incompetence..

I have Slackware 13.1, with 2.6.35 kernel.
ACPI seems to be working well.
But when i send it to Suspend (even from tty, using #echo -n mem > /sys/power/state), it looks like it's done it, but when i try to wake it - it shuts down.

Also, hibernate actually works like shutdown (well, that's what i see - maybe some logs can clear the situation, but i don't know, which ones do i need now)

So, how can i fix it? Which logs can clear the situation, maybe i should post it here?
