Unhappy SUSE_DG33_FB_BOOT_problem

i have Intel Desktop Board DG33FB (Mother Board), Core 2 Duo Processor, 4GB RAM and 160 GB SATA-MAXTOR Hard Disk. I have a problem with boot. I just can boot the system with suse CD. I search in forums and it mentiond that i must add pci=nommcof to grub.cof. But my system dosn't recognize grub.cof.

In Suse, the grub config file to edit is /boot/grub/menu.lst (must be root to open/edit the file).

Add pci=nommcof to the kernel line of the Suse menu entry.

Angry Add pci=nommcof to the kernel line/DG33BF boot problem

But as I explained before without suse CD my computer stops in the

starting step. It dosent reach to grub.cof. step.
