SuSE wont Boot After Kernel Install

Hi,

I might be an idiot - im sorry...

I was trying to get my vid card werking *see my post 'georce 4 and SuSE 9' and i followed the direction on this site :

http://www.tcm.phy.cam.ac.uk/~mr349/suse_kernel_26.html

I downloaded 3 packages from ftp.suse.com

and installed them

Now it wont boot

It says

Could not insert module /lib/kernel-2.5.6-8/blah blah/scsi/rieserfs.mod - Bad Address

This happens three times for scsi.mod and sd.mod

Please help me - i really need my machine back online - thanks
