Suse WLAN troubles

I'm running Suse 9, trying to establish a wireless connection to my home wireless router. I am using a Linksys wireless-b notebook adapter. I downloaded the recommended driver from the linksys website. Following their instructions I tried configuring it in the console but it cannot find the "source tree". Default is /usr/src/linux/ but in Suse 9 apparently it insn't located there.
Any help?

You'll need to install the kernel source code from your original CDs. Pretty much every distro doesn't install the source code to save on disk space.

How do I do that exactly? Where is the default directory for the source code to be installed?
