'cant go to grub boot to fast' what?

If you mean it doesn't come up with a boot menu, you need to edit the /boot/grub/menu.lst file. Instructions are usually included in the file itself.

Try using a live CD from SuSE and try sudo su to get root privileges and change password and menu.lst, or use the SuSE DVD as a rescue disk to do much the same, but you may only get the command line interface. BTW if possible don't use root logins except for this. It is so easy to crack user 'root' whereas if user with super powers called 'sdfasdkfljas' for example it's not so easy to guess the users name, compared to 'root'.
