SuSE dns???

Hello all, i have just installed SuSE 9.0 (i think). I am having trouble figureing out how DNS works with it.

I am getting my t'internet connection through a lan, so i configured my network card with the static IP i was given, the subnet mask the gateway, all are hunky dory. But i have no idea how to get DNS to work.
I have the right DNS information but dont know where to put it.

I can access the internet using IP addressing to get to a site but thats it.

Can anyone tell me how to do this.

Try to load yast2 (as root, of course) > Network devices > Network Card > there will be "Already configured Devices", then choose Change. You'll see a list of cards. hit the button Edit for your card. Under "Detailed Settings" there will be Host name and name server. Open it, and you'll see the dns info.
